This application form is only for FDI proposals where the Government of India decides on the merits of the case, that is, those application which are not under ‘automatic route’ as laid out in the FDI policy.

There is a Help Desk in the FIPB secretariat in the Finance Ministry to answer your queries in filling out this application form.

A user/applicant can also submit an application manually. For this, download the application form, fill the details asked for & along with attached documents submit 15 copies (alongwith a soft copy as prescribe form) at the following address:-

175th meeting of FIPB is scheduled to be held at 3.00 PM on March 30, 2012. Agenda items and Additional Agenda Items have been sepaartely issued.



174th meeting of FIPB was held at 3.00 PM on March 02, 2012. Minutes of the meeting are being issued on March 22, 2012. Individual letters communicating approval/rejection/ advise would be issued shortly.



174th meeting of FIPB earlier scheduled to be held at 3.00 PM on February 24, 2012 has been deferred to be held at 3.00 PM on March 02, 2012. Agenda for the meeting will be issued separately.



173rd meeting of FIPB was held at 3.00 PM on January 20, 2012. The meeting considered 37 agenda items; one item was withdrawn at the request of the Applicant. Press Release communicating the minutes of the meetinmg have been issued on February 10, 2012.



172nd meeting of FIPB was held at 3.00 PM on December 23, 2011 (Friday). The minutes of the meeting have been placed in public domain on January 10, 2011.
